What is Sublimation Printing?

Blank for Sublimation

Sublimation is actually a method of printing by gas – evaporation of solid material and its conversion into gas, without a liquid transition phase. In this process there is the transfer of the graphics in full colors (full digital printing) into products That are coated with a polymer of amazing photo quality and very durable.

So what does this actually mean?

It is a process of transferring full-color graphics or an image into polymer-coated products (sublimation coating). How is this done in practice?

The initial graphics should be designed on the computer, taking into account the desired print size and the product itself, for example – a T-shirt is a multi-size A4 print (longitudinal or transverse according to the customer’s choice), a mobile cover should be pre-beaten with a design stencil according to its size.

After the graphic design, the graphics should be printed on the sublimation printer that already contains sublimation ink, on a sublimation sheet designed for this purpose. After printing, attach the printed page to the back of the product, access the press, place the product on the printing surface, top of it the print page and occupy it according to the pre-determined time for each product.

After finishing the pickling, you have a designed and printed product, with the high print quality and long-lasting! The result is amazing – the graphics penetrate the product and are not felt by touch, do not produce another layer but it seems that this is how the product is simply created.

The print durability is high, and it can be used for many years, and wear and abrasion resistance.
